The number of applicants increased by Hajj draw 11% from last year
Saturday, May 30, 2009 - 18:49 أعلن اللواء دكتور صلاح هاشم مساعد وزير الداخلية لقطاع الشئون الإدارية أن نحو 295 ألف مواطن تقدموا لأداء فريضة الحج هذا العام بواسطة حج القرعة الذى تنظمه وزارة الداخلية بزيادة قدرها 11 % عن العام الماضى.
Rear Admiral Dr. Salah Hashim, Assistant Secretary of the Interior for the administration that some 295 thousand people had to perform the Hajj pilgrimage this year through the lottery organized by the Ministry of the Interior, an increase of 11% from last year.
وأكد اللواء هاشم أن زيادة عدد المتقدمين كل عام تدل على جودة الخدمات والتسهيلات التى تقدمها وزارة الداخلية لهؤلاء الحجاج كل عام، مشيرا إلى أن ذلك يعكس ثقة المواطنين فى أجهزة الوزارة وقدرتها على تنظيم رحلة الحج، على الرغم من الأزمة الاقتصادية التى تجتاح العالم وخوف العديد من الحجاج من أداء الفريضة فى ظل انتشار مرض أنفلونزا الخنازير.
Major-General Hashim said that the increase in the number of applicants each year show the quality of services and facilities provided by the Ministry of the Interior to these pilgrims each year, pointing out that this reflects the confidence of citizens in the organs of the ministry and the ability to organize the pilgrimage, despite the economic crisis sweeping the world and the fear of many pilgrims to perform the duty under the spread of swine flu.
وأوضح أن الوزارة ترصد سنوياً السلبيات التى ظهرت خلال رحلات حج القرعة فى الأعوام السابقة، وتعمل على معالجتها للوصول لتنظيم حج أفضل تيسيرا على المواطنين الراغبين فى أداء الفريضة.

وقال مساعد وزير الداخلية لقطاع الشئون الإدارية، إنه على الحاج الذى يعلن اختياره فى القرعة العلنية أن يتقدم بمجموعة من المستندات لاستكمال إجراءات سفره، وتشمل صورة من بطاقة الرقم القومى أو شهادة الميلاد المميكنة المستخرجة من مصلحة الأحوال المدنية أو جواز السفر مع تقديم الأصل للمطابقة، وكذلك الموقف التجنيدى من منطقة التجنيد التابع لها الحاج وتقديم موافقة جهة العمل بالنسبة للعاملين بالجهات التى يطلب منها ذلك، فضلاً عن 12 صورة فوتوغرافية مقاس 4 فى 6 على خلفية بيضاء على أن يشغل حجم الرأس 70 أو 80% من مساحتها.

وأشار اللواء دكتور صلاح هاشم مساعد وزير الداخلية لقطاع الشئون الإدارية إلى أنه سيتحدد فى الأيام القليلة المقبلة موعد إجراء القرعة العلنية لحج القرعة هذا العام بجميع مديريات الأمن على مستوى الجمهورية، مشددا على الحيادية التامة للقرعة التى تتم بواسطة الحاسب الآلى دون أدنى تدخل بشرى. وقال اللواء هاشم، إنه لم يتم حتى الآن تحديد التكاليف الإجمالية لحج القرعة هذا العام، مشددا فى الوقت نفسه على أن قيمة حج القرعة التى يتحملها الحاج تمثل التكلفة الفعلية لرحلة الحاج منذ سفره من البلاد وحتى عودته بسلامة الله إلى أرض الوطن بعد أدائه للفريضة دون تحقيق أى أرباح، مؤكدا أن وزارة الداخلية لا تهدف من وراء تنظيم حج القرعة إلى تحقيق أى ربح.

وناشد مساعد وزير الداخلية لقطاع الشئون الإدارية الحجاج الالتزام بالنظم الموضوعة والقواعد والإرشادات سواء التى وضعتها السلطات السعودية أو وزارة الداخلية، وذلك لتجنب حدوث أى مخاطر قد يتعرض لها الحاج أثناء أدائه المناسك، مشيراً إلى أن وزارة الداخلية قامت بوضع خطة لتوعية الحاج بالظروف التى قد يواجهها خلال قيامه بأداء المناسك، كما سيتم تسليم كل حاج دليلاً يتضمن كافة الإرشادات والمعلومات الخاصة بكيفية أدائه لمناسك الحج.
