Your weak ass govt agencies

In Vietnam there are now no less than 8 active diseases being registered at this time. Some of them are kinda run of the mill ..Measles..Hand foot and Mouth-HFM.. and the still mild H1N1 virus. Other pose a more serious risk and have seemed to have gotten completely out of hand.

1.H5N1

2.H1n1

3.Cholera

4.Dengue

5. PRRS

6.Strep Suisse

7. Malaria

8.HFM

9.whats next?
Recent reports of Step Suisse being caused by the slaughter and eating of pigs infected with PRRS is a troubling developement. This is not the first time the disease PRRS has devastated livestock in Vietnam, But it is the first time in which so many other diseases are running rampant in the same areas, much less during an active pandemic..

This is not helped by the almost complete collapse of the governing bodies that are supposed to monitoring and controlling these kinds of outbreaks.
Amid denials of very low infection rates and any mutated strains of H1N1,Vietnam find itself in an ever expanding viral soup.. one that may soon have international implications.
Bird flu has not gone away from this area and constantly stating there was no human to human cases in the recent northern sections, does not ease my mind any. After the big pandemic conference recently held there, the news from that near disaster flew the coup with the bigwigs. There are 4 provinces with active bird flu outbreaks at this present time. Tamiflu is in constant play.
... Now they have a new problem on their hands and so far have been failing miserably.
The pigs there are now dying by the 1000's and soon will be covering the country from top to bottom. This in turn is helping spread the Cholera outbreaks that are following the rivers and streams.. Where the farmers and meat providers are throwing the dead pigs. The Strep Suisse infections are starting to add up and are becoming more widespread and frequent. Reports of meat dealers digging up and hauling the infected meat to Hanoi and other towns for consumption, again leads to the spread of more disease and complicates the situation even more.
Along the border with Cambodia, they have now really ratcheted up the border crossings in the south, as H5N1 is being reported in cambodian provinces near where they just had a recent death from BF. Cholera is reported there and no doubt ..their pigs are dying from PRRS..and people are eating them there also. snippits..In the north are also recorded many patients with dengue fever, which alone in the Hanoi area had over 150 cases. In addition, influenza A/H1N1 scattered people continue to suffer, while avian and human influenza A/H5N1 still lurking..worryingly, after a number of local South, the North recently has recorded four local cholera Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong and Hai Duong. Through epidemiological investigation in a number of local authorities have discovered bacteria in a number of water sources, making this disease difficult to control risk.... Respiratory diseases, viral fever, dengue fever, influenza A/H5N1, H1N1 infections and acute diarrhea are at risk of cholera outbreaks are high...
Even china has issued a quarantine statement
