The Health Department in Pekanbaru, Indonesia will be holding a meeting in the near future, with all the medical staff in the Community Health Centers, in order to better anticipate the spread of H5N1, and discuss the problems of bird flu.
The Health Department has not received any additional reports of suspected victims of H5N1. Monitoring was being done with residents associated to the H5N1 death in Sidomulyo, District Senapelan few days ago.
