Vietnam: H5N1 Poultry: Nam Dinh Prov.; Y Yen District

Dated 24/11, Mr. Ninh Van Hieu, director of Animal Health Department of Nam Dinh province, said bird flu has reappeared in Nam Dinh. By morning the same day, functional forces have destroyed nearly 1,600 poultry in two outbreaks.
