Issues hit by bombs and avian influenza #H5N1 #Birdflu, Tourist Arrivals Up 10 Percent

Bali Tourism Office reported the level of tourist arrivals to Bali during the January to mid October this year increased 10 percent over the same period last year.
Increasing traffic is actually happening in the middle acts of terrorism and the spread of infectious diseases such as rabies in Bali and bird flu.

Head of Bali Tourism Office Ida Bagus Subhiksu stated the average level of tourist arrivals to Bali reached 7000 up to 8000 tourists per day. Subhiksu optimistic target of 2.7 million tourists visit this year will be achieved.

"Hopefully the rest of this month is still good no more disturbance, terrorism or avian flu again. Target of 2.7 million tourists, hopefully achieved if there is no interference," said Ida Bagus Subhiksu.

Subhiksu confirmed until today due to acts of terrorism and bird flu and rabies there is no cancellation of the visit to Bali, although
British government had issued a travel advisory after the bomb Solo. Subhiksu added, the overall number of tourists who have visited Bali this month to reach more than 2 million tourists. (MLT)
