 Mainland pigs supplied to Hong Kong once again tested the new swine flu variant of shuffle, Food and Environmental Hygiene Department and the University of Hong Kong in the past two months in the regular monitoring of pigs, with 15 samples found to contain swine gene of influenza virus H3N2 swine flu is twice found in the routine monitoring of the virus.  CFS spokesman said people eating cooked to an internal temperature of 70 degrees Celsius or more pork is safe.  Are all imported from the Mainland registered farms from approved, along with health certificates issued by the Mainland authorities to prove good health.
