Dozens of chickens died suddenly in Takalar
Dozens of birds in cages as well as those owned by neighborhood residents wandering Ciniayo, Village Candrego, Takalar regency, South Sulawesi, on Saturday (28 / 1) afternoon suddenly drop dead. Chicken deaths which amounted to 70 tail is quite worrying residents. The reason, dozens of dead chickens that have characteristics similar to the avian H5N1 virus or bird flu virus. This assumption is confirmed by tests carried out Takalar Health Department who found no signs of purplish-blue cock's comb and the presence of bleeding under the skin as well as saliva when chickens die out.Although not yet certain whether these birds infected with bird flu virus, health department officials directly to the destruction by fire and buried en masse.

As worrying as that is when birds suddenly die, the 15 people said to be in intensive care in South Sulawesi was more worrying still, I would think. It would be nice to know if any of them have recovered, that possible chains of human transmission have been halted by whatever percentage.

I would be nice to know the outcomme of the 15 people. But I'm afraid we may never hear another word. I've been doing this way too long to expect anything else.
