Indonesia: Officers Take Chicken Blood Samples (Bekasi)

After Nazril Ilham tested positive for bird flu virus, a team of Department of Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, and Marine Bekasi regency, West Java, taking blood samples of dozens of chickens around the victim's house on Wednesday (25 / 1).

Earlier, dozens chickens in the place was dead and the suspected virus on the victim. When taking blood samples of chicken is done, some residents and children appear not use masks or gloves. Since 2005, cases of bird flu virus outbreak in Bekasi recorded, five victims died. And from year to year, this case always continue. In early 2012 this was recorded, 300 left to die of bird flu virus. (SHA)
