Off the top of my head, we have confirmed Bird Flu, H5N1 in China, Indonesia, Japan, Egypt, Vietnam, Africa, and the 2.3.2.1 has been documented in China, Vietnam. It sounds like Egypt may have it, but has not specifically said it. Thailand is weary of it spreading to them, as is Iraq, who put out a Health Warning.
