The use of the word "blue" in these translations seems at times to refer to the name of the hospital, and at other times the disease as if it causes cyanosis. Anthrax causes that, but is not infectious between people. I don't know what other things that would narrow it down to, except maybe H5N1 attacking the red blood cells.
